TowneBank Tower Facility Rental

The Pirate Hospitality office coordinates all private events in TowneBank Tower. 

Pirate Hospitality will be happy to schedule a site visit upon request. Regular business hours for the PH office are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday) - please note that availability is dependent on home competition schedules. The Trade Club is TowneBank Tower's sole special event rental space. It boasts gorgeous views of Dowdy-Ficklen stadium, downtown Greenville, and almost the entire ECU athletic campus. On football game days, this space holds just over 500 guests. This space is perfect for small business meetings or dinners, but can also accommodate cocktail parties or banquets depending on furniture setup needs. 

Maximum capacity in the Trade Club varies based on event furniture setup needs. As you can see in our photo gallery, we have accommodated theater-style seating events up to 100 people, dinner parties at banquet tables up to 80 people, dinner parties at round tables up to 70 people, and cocktail and banquet events up to 350 people.

  • Basic AV (Microphone & Speakers, Projector & Screen, AUX Music)

  • Security (when alcohol is served)
  • Trained hospitality staff member on-site throughout your event
  • 3 hours of event setup time, 1 hour of event breakdown time
