What does my rental include?

All Trade Club events include: 

  • Our in-house furniture
  • Furniture and room set-up
  • Basic AV (Microphone & Speakers, Projector & Screen, AUX Music)
  • Podium
  • Parking
  • Event Signage
  • Logo on Jumbotron (upon request)
  • Housekeeping
  • Security (when alcohol is served)
  • Trained hospitality staff member on-site throughout your event
  • 3 hours of event setup time, 1 hour of event breakdown time

What additional expenses might I incur?

Is alcohol permitted in this facility? If so, may I bring my own?

Alcohol is permitted in this facility. This facility is licensed to serve beer, wine, and liquor at rental events. All alcohol is purchased and served through Aramark Catering. All rental clients will be connected to the Aramark Catering Facility Manager upon reservation up the Tower. 

Who can cater my event?

Aramark Catering is the preferred caterer for TowneBank Tower. 

Do you provide linens?

We do not provide linens. Clients are welcome to rent linens from Aramark Catering or we can rent linens on behalf of the client from Chair and Equipment Rentals. 

Our cocktail tables and small round tables are finished and do not require linens. If you will utilize 8 ft. banquet tables or our 60 in. round tables, linens are strongly advised. 

What type of furniture is in your facility?

  • 20 eight-foot, banquet tables
  • 20 sixty-inch round tables
  • 16 three-foot round tables
  • 4 six-foot, tall, banquet tables
  • 76 tall bar stools
  • 16 cocktail tables
  • 16 cushioned, black chairs
  • 64 purple, standard chairs
  • 300 black, folding chairs

May I tour the venue before submitting my application?

We would love to show you around the Trade Club! Please contact our hospitality office at [email protected] or 252-737-5460 to schedule a tour. 

Where do we park during our event?

Parking for your event is available in the premium parking lot located directly outside of TowneBank Tower. This lot is located between the football and baseball stadiums on ECU's athletic campus. The cost of parking is covered in your rental fee. 

Is my date available?

The Trade Club is scheduled on a four- to six-month calendar. No rental events may be scheduled prior to spring and fall football dates being announced. Please contact our hospitality office at [email protected] or 252-737-5460 to check on availability.
