2019 TowneBank Tower Online Ordering Instructions

Go to http://www.piratehospitality.com and click on MEMBER LOGIN in the middle of the page.

Enter your login information and click LOGIN.

USERNAME: The email address that received this email. (Please let me know if this does not work or if you would like it to be changed.)

PASSWORD: ECU_2019!

Change your password & update your billing information.

You will see a message at the top asking you to change your password and enter your billing information. Click on the link provided through the word, “here.”

One the left-hand side, click on RESET YOUR PASSWORD and choose a password that you will remember.

On the right-hand side, you will see a box that says “Billing” and it will say you have no card on file. Click on EDIT.

Enter your credit card information and click SAVE.

Click on RETURN TO DASHBOARD in the top right corner of the page.

You will see the list of games below. Under “Status” in the first column next to the game, click on NOTHING ORDERED. This will take you to the menu order page.

Select your items by clicking the GREEN “+” sign.

If you would like to read the details of each package, click the SHOW DESCRIPTION button associated with each.

Once you have made all your selections, click on CONTINUE on the right-hand side of the page.

You will have the opportunity to review your order and select one of the three available food delivery times.

There is a text box in the lower right-hand corner that allows you to add any notes for the order. When finished, click SUBMIT.
